If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from Event81 we will be happy to refund, replace or exchange your product provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been met.
Returns must be made within 21 days for full priced items and within
14 days for sale items.
The original till slip/invoice is required.
Returned products must be in the original condition and in undamaged packaging without missing any accessories or parts.
Refunds will not be given on Gift Cards. In addition, a refund on the product bought on a gift card will be in the form of a new gift card.
For hygienic reasons, swimwear may only be returned or exchanged with the brand and price tag in place. Ladies swimwear as far as possible must still have the hygiene sticker in place.
We will only consider exchanging or refunding a faulty product if it was used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the product’s instructions and / or user manual.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for a product that has been misused or purposely damaged.
A faulty product will, where relevant, be subject to a technical assessment by a specialist before being repaired, replaced or refunded.
Repairs may involve a courier cost that is for the customer’s account and will be quoted upfront.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
